Stephanie Latarewicz is an accomplished HR executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic people initiatives across industries including nonprofit, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and financial services. As the founder of Reel HR, LLC, she partners with mission-driven organizations to navigate change, align people strategies with business goals, and build inclusive, resilient workplace cultures.

Stephanie has launched HR departments from the ground up, led enterprise-wide Total Rewards transformations, and successfully guided teams through M&A integrations, organizational redesigns, and crisis response—including COVID-19 operational continuity. Her leadership is marked by a calm, strategic approach that balances empathy, compliance, and innovation.

Her core areas of expertise include employee engagement, leadership development, compensation and benefits, multi-state compliance, and workforce planning. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Rollins College. She is certified as a SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and Group Benefits Associate (IFEBP).
